What you would do

• Approach and engage walk-in customers to promote the mobile instalment product.
• Explain product features, payment plans, eligibility criteria, and terms clearly.
• Assist customers with onboarding, application submission, and required documents.
• Provide accurate information and address customer inquiries to ensure a smooth experience.
• Collaborate with store staff and Flexi MFB teams to ensure efficient loan processing and approvals.
• Track daily leads, applications, conversions, and other sales metrics; follow up with pending customers.
