An in-house recruiter is sought to manage end-to-end recruitment for a Lagos-based automotive and lubricant company. The role targets experienced professionals who can develop sourcing strategies and hire across multiple functions.

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Admin or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in-house/corporate
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS and other TA tools
- Strong interviewing, assessment and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
