Implementation Officer (Enugu)

About this role

Moniepoint is seeking an Implementation Officer for Enugu to drive the onboarding of new retail customers to Moniebook POS. The role guides customers through setup and training to achieve productive use in the first 30–60 days. It is a hybrid, outsourcing position based in Enugu (Enugu North, Nsukka, Enugu South, Enugu East).

What you would do

• Design and execute onboarding plans tailored to each customer.
• Configure the Moniebook POS for the customer's operations.
• Deliver live training sessions for retail staff.
• Monitor adoption metrics and intervene for at-risk customers.
• Build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders during onboarding.
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and escalate technical problems to Product/Engineering as needed.

• 2-4 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, implementation, or account management (ideally in SaaS, retail tech, or POS).
• Must have completed NYSC or hold a valid exemption.
• Proven track record of onboarding customers to software platforms and driving product adoption.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to train diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; able to diagnose challenges and suggest solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
