Implementation Officer (Anambra)
About this role
An outsourcing, hybrid Implementation Officer role based in Anambra, focused on onboarding new retail customers to Moniebook POS. You guide setup, deliver training and drive early product adoption to deliver value within the first 30–60 days.
What you would do
- Design and execute tailored onboarding plans with milestones and success metrics for each customer
- Guide customers through initial Moniebook POS setup
- Deliver live training sessions for retail staff on core features and workflows
- Monitor usage, adoption and engagement; proactively identify and support at‑risk customers
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and manage onboarding concerns to establish trust
- Handoff onboarding to the account manager with context and ongoing notes
What they are asking for
- 2-4 years in customer onboarding, customer success, implementation or account management (preferably in SaaS, retail tech, or POS systems)
- Must have completed NYSC or have valid exemption
- Proven track record onboarding customers to software platforms and driving product adoption
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to train diverse audiences
- Highly organised and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple onboarding projects and solve problems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Communication, or related field (or equivalent work experience); based in Anambra (Idemili North, Nnewi North, Oyi, Ogbaru, Aguata, Onitsha North) and please indicate preferred location
