ICT Manager

Oilserv Limited in Rivers is hiring an ICT Manager to ensure the group is equipped with people, IT policies, practices, systems, processes and tools to support its objectives and to operationalise IT strategies aligned with the business. The role involves leading the IT team, driving improvements, managing budgets and security, and partnering with other departments and suppliers.

What you would do

• Lead the group IT team with clear roles, responsibilities and performance measures aligned to group objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation; establish IT performance metrics and drive continual improvement.
• Plan and manage IT budgets, monitor expenditure and enforce budget controls.
• Ensure the IT environment is secure and manage help desk services for timely user support.
• Build and maintain relationships within the group and with suppliers; act as a technology partner to other department heads.
• Drive innovation to improve productivity and service levels while ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental policies.
