Human Resources NYSC Corps Member
About this role
The role is for NYSC corps members or recent graduates to support the Human Resources team in Lagos, gaining practical experience in recruitment, HR administration and people operations.
What you would do
- Update and file HR documents and policies
- Assist with payroll and leave management
- Support recruitment activities including postings, shortlisting, interviews and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support training sessions and staff activities
- Assist with employee engagement, onboarding and orientation initiatives
