Human Resources Manager
About this role
A Human Resources Manager role in Lagos for Villa Park Hotels and Suites, responsible for recruitment, employee relations, training and HR administration to support a service-focused workforce in a hospitality setting.
What you would do
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee documentation
- Advise managers on HR policies and ensure compliance with employment requirements
- Maintain confidential personnel records, attendance, leave and payroll inputs
- Support performance reviews, staff development and departmental training plans
- Monitor staffing needs, employee welfare and HR reports for management
- Handle employee enquiries, grievances and disciplinary processes fairly and consistently

- At least 5 years of HR experience with supervisory or management responsibility
- Hospitality experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
- CIPM or other relevant professional qualification an advantage
- Sound judgement, discretion and ability to manage sensitive information
- Strong employee relations, recruitment, recordkeeping and communication skills
