Human Resources Manager
About this role
A leadership role for an experienced HR professional to manage FHON Consulting’s Human Resources department in Lagos, ensuring alignment of people practices with organisational goals and regulatory compliance.
What you would do
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition, and plan for succession.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and compliance frameworks.
- Oversee performance management and employee relations.
- Drive employee engagement, training and development initiatives.
- Provide strategic HR advice to senior management.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 4-5 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in HR strategy, leadership and organisational development.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM or equivalent) is an advantage.
