Human Resources Manager
About this role
The role is for an experienced human resources professional to manage recruitment, employee relations, training and HR administration for a hotel. It targets individuals with substantial HR experience, preferably with hospitality exposure, and aims to support a service-focused workforce.
What you would do
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews and onboarding processes
- Maintain confidential personnel records, attendance, leave and payroll inputs
- Support performance reviews, staff development and training plans
- Handle employee enquiries, grievances and disciplinary actions
- Advise managers on HR policies and ensure compliance with employment requirements
- Monitor staffing needs, staff welfare and HR reporting for management

- Bachelor's degree or HND in HR, Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years of HR experience with supervisory or management responsibilities
- Hospitality experience preferred
- CIPM or similar qualification considered an advantage
- Strong skills in employee relations, recruitment, recordkeeping and communication
- Sound judgement and ability to manage sensitive information
