Human Resources Manager
About this role
Walex Biz Nigeria Limited, a full‑spectrum software solutions company based in Abuja, is hiring a Human Resources Manager. The role oversees all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, payroll, and compliance with labour laws. The HR Manager develops and implements HR policies to support the organisation’s goals and fosters a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment. The position involves advising management on HR matters and workforce planning, promoting engagement and well‑being, and maintaining HR records and systems.
What you would do
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees
- Oversee employee performance appraisal systems
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain employee records and HR information systems
- Advise management on HR matters and workforce planning
- Promote employee engagement, diversity, and workplace well‑being
