Human Resources Manager
About this role
A full-time Human Resources Manager role based in Lagos for a professional services firm. The position involves overseeing HR operations, policy development, recruitment, learning and development, and advisory support for management.
What you would do
- Coordinate compensation, benefits, payroll and employee welfare.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR records and prepare periodic HR reports.
- Provide strategic HR advice to management and support organisational development.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and talent management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and strategies aligned with business goals.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field.

- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent) is an advantage.
