About this role
De Santiago Milan Hotel and Suites in Lagos is looking for an HR Manager to lead the strategic and operational HR function. The role partners with management on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, learning and development, and employee relations. It is targeted at candidates with 12-15 years of progressive HR experience in sectors such as FMCG, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing or FinTech.

- Develop and execute strategic HR planning

What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Sociology, Psychology, or related field
- 12-15 years progressive HR experience in FMCG, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing or FinTech
- HR professional certification(s) (advantage)
- Postgraduate or professional qualifications desirable
- Demonstrated experience in strategic HR leadership, talent management, employee engagement, organisational development, and workforce planning
