Human Resources Lead

About this role

LG Electronics is hiring an HR Lead in Lagos to partner with the senior executive team and division heads to define and execute comprehensive people strategies that align structure, culture and talent with business priorities. The role oversees talent management, performance management, culture and engagement, and compensation and benefits, with executive oversight of employee relations, HR governance and HR administration across the assigned countries. It also involves leading development and organisational design at subsidiary level.

What you would do

• Lead talent strategy including workforce planning, recruitment and retention in collaboration with senior leaders.
• Drive performance management and reward programmes, and monitor HR metrics to inform retention.
• Oversee development and organisational design at subsidiary level, including training and development programmes.
• Lead compensation and benefits strategy, including salary reviews, market benchmarking and incentive plans.
• Champion a high‑performance culture and employee engagement, and drive culture change and communications.
• Manage HR services, governance and compliance across the assigned countries.

• Minimum 15 years of HR experience with a track record in senior HR leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong strategic planning and organisational skills (preferred).
• Innovative self-starter who can collaborate and manage multiple high‑level tasks (preferred).
