What you would do

• Assist with staff recruitment and circulate accurate job descriptions.
• Inform the Head of HR about vacancies and shortlist applicants.
• Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding for new recruits.
• Arrange induction sessions for new staff.
• Send character reference letters and conduct certificates checks as required.
• Organise staff training sessions and workshops.
• Process external training requests in line with policies.
• Maintain records of training and update the training plan.
• Ensure proper filing of HR documents and update employee records.
• Assist with HR processes such as transfers, benefits, and performance appraisals; monitor attendance.
