What you would do

• Rotate across multiple HR areas to gain hands-on experience
• Support recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding
• Participate in creating and delivering training programs
• Assist with performance management activities and evaluations
• Help with HR policy development and documentation
• Maintain and manage employee records and HR data
• Support background checks and employee verifications
• Contribute to HR consulting projects for clients
• Engage in projects on employee engagement and learning strategies
• Assist with HR data analysis and tracking workforce metrics
