Sundry Foods Limited is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to implement HR practices across assigned divisions and regions in Rivers. What you would do
- Be the first point of contact for people-related enquiries or complaints within the assigned division or region.
- Oversee recruitment, selection and onboarding of new hires within the region to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Collaborate with business unit managers to develop leadership capability and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Coordinate regular refresher trainings and ensure implementation of on-the-job training to maintain consistent skills and attitudes.
- Manage staff engagement programmes and meetings to identify workplace issues, provide workable solutions and report outcomes.

- Bachelor's degree with at least a 2:2 and four years' HR management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruitment and training is preferred.
- HR certification (CIPM, CIPD, etc) is an added advantage.
- Strong process mindset and ability to re-engineer processes is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
