What you would do
- Collaborate with the Business Manager to identify staffing needs and conduct interviews.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Enforce and communicate HR policies across locations.
- Oversee performance appraisals and advise managers on performance issues.
- Prepare regular HR reports and provide insights from HR data.
- Organise and coordinate in-house training programs.
- Monitor and manage staff attendance and leave across locations.
- Resolve employee queries, concerns and grievances in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Oversee general HR activities and ensure legal compliance and best practices.
