Human Resource Officer
About this role
The role is for a Human Resource Officer based in Abuja for Jamub Group of Companies, a diversified Nigerian conglomerate. The role focuses on recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal, and general HR coordination within the HCM & Admin function.
What you would do
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interviews and candidate documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction of newly engaged Partners.
- Coordinate training needs assessment and identify competency gaps across departments.
- Coordinate the annual training plan and approved training programmes; maintain training records and evaluation reports.
- Coordinate the performance appraisal process and monitor submissions.
- Monitor Partner performance against KPIs/OKRs/JDs/work plans and prepare periodic HR reports for the Head, HCM & Admin.
