Human Resource Manager
About this role
The Human Resource Manager will oversee all HR activities for Blissview Hotel and Suites, coordinating recruiting, employee relations, policy development, payroll support, and staff development to maintain a professional, compliant, and engaging work environment. The role targets candidates with substantial HR experience suitable for a hotel or hospitality setting.
What you would do
- Maintain and update employee records and files
- Manage recruitment including advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with hotel goals
- Monitor attendance, leave, conduct, and policy compliance
- Assist with payroll information, salary reviews, and benefits
- Prepare HR reports and work with department heads to plan staffing and handle grievances

- Bachelor’s degree or HND in HRM, Business Admin, IR, Management, Psychology or related field
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an advantage
- 5–10 years of HR experience including recruitment, employee relations, performance and disciplinary processes
- Experience in hotel, hospitality, or service industries is desirable
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
