What you would do
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters
- Maintain HR documentation and records
- Coordinate performance reviews, incentives, and promotions
- Administer benefits (HMO, pension, GLI, leave)
- Ensure labour law compliance
- Coordinate staff training and workplace safety
- Prepare monthly HR reports for management
- Oversee HR documentation and reporting duties
- Contribute to ongoing HR process improvements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related field
- 2–3 years of HR experience
- Working knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Act
- CIPM certification or current studies is an advantage
