What you would do

• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offering

• Drive employee engagement initiatives for remote teams
• Support HR operations including records, leave, attendance and payroll preparation; coordinate performance appraisals and training needs

• BSc or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• 3 to 6 years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Officer
• Professional certification (CIPM, HRCI, SHRM) is an advantage
• Solid knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law

• Experience with HRIS and payroll processes (desirable)
