What you would do

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and lifecycle management for client organisations.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies.
• Act as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned client accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver HR consulting and outsourcing solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients as a trusted HR advisor.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and performance management.
• Administer payroll accurately and on time with statutory/regulatory compliance.
• Oversee outsourced workforce operations and client service delivery.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Prepare HR reports and support account management for assigned clients.
