Human Resource and Admin Manager

About this role

A full-time Human Resource and Admin Manager role with Hortigraph Nigeria Limited in Abuja. The position leads HR and admin operations across the company, handling recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, policy compliance and administration.

What you would do

• Lead and standardise HR operations across the company’s units and locations.
• Oversee recruitment processes and employment contracts.
• Manage performance management and talent development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR policies.
• Monitor HR activities, headcount, HRIS records and workforce metrics.
• Coordinate office management, facilities, procurement, travel and meetings; manage the administrative budget.
