About this role
A Plastic Manufacturing company in Ota, Ogun State is seeking an HR and Admin Executive with experience in HR and Admin, preferably in manufacturing, to join their team. The role targets candidates with a social sciences or related degree and several years of experience, available to start and interview in Ota.
What you would do
- Manage human resources and administration functions
- Handle HR and admin issues in a manufacturing setting
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and departments
- Support hiring, training and counselling activities
- Assist in contract management and consultancy efforts
- Prepare and maintain HR records and reports

- HND or BSc in Social Sciences, Arts or related discipline
- 4 to 7 years of experience in HR and Admin
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience handling HR and admin issues in a similar role
