About this role
An NYSC Human Capital and Talent Intern will support the Lagos-based Human Capital team with recruitment and talent acquisition tasks. The role covers candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, candidate tracking and recruitment reporting, along with other related activities. There is potential to convert to a full-time position after NYSC.
What you would do
- Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, databases and other channels.
- Review CVs against defined selection criteria.
- Prepare candidate shortlists for review by the Recruitment/Human Capital Lead.
- Schedule interviews and assessments and communicate details to candidates.
- Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with background checks and reference verifications.
What they are asking for
- BSc or HND qualification.
- Must be on NYSC with at least 10 months remaining.
- Based near Fadeyi, Lagos.
- Smart, proactive and willing to learn with strong attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication; interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; able to handle confidential information and manage multiple tasks.
