What you would do

• Lead hub launch and growth efforts to reach target active customers
• Conduct door-to-door sales with team to grow customer base
• Manage customer retention and drive membership adoption to increase recurring revenue
• Oversee hub profitability and ensure compliance with inventory and SOPs
• Coach and train Jaza stars on sales, customer service, and inventory management
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Jaza stars; participate in hyper care meetings and report progress

• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, customer relations, entrepreneurship or related areas
• Proven leadership experience in managing or training a team
