What you would do

• Support hub growth to around 130 active customers
• Conduct door-to-door sales with the team
• Improve revenue through memberships and retention efforts
• Own hub profitability and ensure compliance with inventory and pack management
• Coach and develop Jaza stars in sales, customer service and SOPs
• Recruit, train and onboard Jaza stars and participate in hyper care meetings

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer relations, entrepreneurship or related fields
• Strong leadership and team management experience
