Hub Manager (Delta)

What you would do

• Lead deployment and growth of the hub to reach target active customers and profitability.
• Conduct door-to-door sales to grow the customer base.

• Coach and coachable leadership of Jaza stars on sales, customer service, and SOP adherence.
• Oversee inventory management, pack tracking and reporting of defective or tempered packs.
• Recruit, interview and train Jaza stars; participate in hyper care meetings and provide action plans.
