What you would do
- Lead the implementation of HSE policies, procedures and programmes
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections and HSE audits
- Monitor compliance with HSE regulations and standards
- Lead investigations into accidents, incidents and near-misses
- Coordinate HSE training, inductions and toolbox talks
- Monitor contractor and site HSE performance and prepare reports and KPIs
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree or HND in HSE, environmental science, engineering or related field
- Minimum of 4 years' relevant HSE experience with leadership or supervisory experience
- NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA or equivalent certification
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 is an advantage
- Strong risk assessment, incident investigation, audits and regulatory compliance knowledge
- Excellent leadership, communication, reporting and problem-solving skills
