About this role
The Project Site HSE Coordinator is the on-site health, safety and environment lead for infrastructure and development projects. You will monitor contractor HSE performance, ensure compliance with HSE plans and risk controls, and assist with audits, incident investigations and emergency preparedness. It suits early-career HSE professionals with a related degree and appropriate certification, with up to two years’ experience in oil and gas or industrial construction environments.
What you would do
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with Project HSE Plans and procedures.
- Report on contractor HSE performance against contractual and Company requirements.
- Ensure works are conducted in accordance with Company rules, procedures, HSE requirements and quality expectations.
- Initiate STOP CARD for unsafe acts or conditions observed.
- Verify that all site activities have a valid Permit to Work before execution.
- Undertake HSE audits and inspections and close out corrective actions.

- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Engineering, Physical Science or related discipline.
- Formal HSE training with a recognised qualification or certification.
- Professional HSE membership or certification is an advantage.
- 0–2 years' experience in oil and gas production projects or similar industrial construction with HSE responsibilities.
- Experience monitoring contractor HSE performance and implementing project HSE plans and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to prepare clear HSE reports; fluent in English.
