A HSE Officer is needed in Lagos to develop and maintain a health, safety and environmental culture across all facilities management operations, including hard services, soft services and security. Suitable for candidates with a relevant degree and substantial HSE experience in facilities management or similar settings.
What you would do
- Embed and maintain HSE culture across facilities management operations.
- Oversee safety practices across hard services (generators, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lifts).
- Oversee safety practices across soft services (cleaning, landscaping).
- Oversee safety practices for security operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
- Promote safe work practices across teams and sites.

- Degree or HND in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years HSE experience.
- Experience in facilities management, construction, industrial, or large public-venue/hospitality environments (preferred).
