What you would do
- Implement HSE policies on site and for projects
- Conduct risk assessments and site inspections
- Deliver toolbox talks and inductions for staff and contractors
- Investigate incidents and prepare report and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Coordinate with project teams on safety-related matters
- Monitor safety performance and corrective actions
- Maintain documentation related to HSE activities
- Participate in safety planning and meetings
- Assist in safety training and awareness initiatives
What they are asking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Social Science or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HSE experience (construction experience is advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, risk management and incident investigation
- Knowledge of traffic safety
- ISPON General HSE certification required
- ISPON Level 3 Contractor Competence Development required
