HSE Audits & Training Engineer

What you would do

• Coordinate HSE training and audit activities for DW.
• Maintain training, audit and reporting records.
• Support closure of audit actions and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and upload HSE audit reports and actions to Synergi.
• Assist in the annual HSE audit plan and related inspections.
• Support DW daily and weekly HSE reports and business reviews.
• Ensure DWD auditors maintain valid certification.
• Conduct HSE evaluations and onsite inspections for medium- and high-risk CFTs.
• Liaise with HQ training team for planning and improvements.
• Follow up training registration, including e-learning, and communicate data to HR.
