What you would do
- Provide day-to-day technical and functional HRIS support ensuring system availability and reliable operation
- Configure and maintain HRIS modules, workflows, user roles, access permissions, and settings
- Troubleshoot HRIS issues, diagnose data inconsistencies, and escalate when needed
- Maintain accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee records in the HRIS
- Provide user support, guidance, and training for HRIS users
- Support integration of HRIS with payroll, recruitment, time and attendance, and other apps
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and data extracts for planning and decision making
- Assist with HRIS upgrades, patches, testing, and deployment of new features
- Enforce data security and comply with applicable regulations and policies
- Log, track and resolve support tickets, document changes and incidents

- University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar HRIS/IT role
- Strong people management skills
- Knowledge of HRIS processes and procedures
- Expertise in Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, SAP, and PL/SQL
- Experience with reporting development and system integration
- Knowledge of system testing and debugging
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with C#.NET, Java, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React) and CSS, and Power BI or similar BI tools
