HRBP, Talent Acquisition & HR Integration

About this role

Heritage Energy seeks an HRBP for Talent Acquisition and HR Integration on a 12-month contract in Lagos. The role leads end-to-end recruitment and also supports HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll and Learning & Development, with a focus on driving process improvement, integration and governance across the employee lifecycle.

What you would do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across all levels, ensuring quality, timeliness and alignment with business needs
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, improve workforce planning and enhance hiring outcomes
• Drive structured hiring practices, including intake sessions, interview frameworks and decision governance; manage offers, negotiations and pre-employment checks
• Track and improve key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire and offer acceptance rates
• Support delivery across HR areas (HRBP, C&B, Payroll and L&D) and lead targeted HR process improvements, including developing templates, SOPs and governance mechanisms
• Drive HR process integration across the employee lifecycle to enhance consistency and efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Talent Acquisition in complex environments
• Experience across HR functions: HRBP, C&B, Payroll and L&D
• Proven track record in process improvement and operational efficiency
• Strong competency-based interviewing, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., BambooHR) and HR analytics
