HR Specialist HRBP
About this role
An HR Specialist – HRBP is needed to support HR analytics, reporting and systems for the Lagos-based HR business partner team. The role focuses on data-driven workforce planning, reporting, compliance, and management insights using SAP SuccessFactors and other tools. It targets candidates with HR operations, analytics or HRIS experience in large organisations.
What you would do
- Support SAP SuccessFactors reporting and data quality management
- Assist with workforce planning, vacancy tracking and manpower reporting
- Prepare and analyse HR reports on headcount, movements, vacancies, turnover, performance, training and relations
- Ensure accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of HR data
- Provide analytical support for talent reviews, succession planning and performance management
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and management reports
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS management, HR analytics and reporting or similar role
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and exposure to SAP HCM
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools
- CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, HR Analytics or Data Analytics certifications are desirable
