What you would do
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes from start to finish
- Act as first point of contact for employee concerns and manage disciplinary matters
- Plan and implement engagement surveys and retention programmes
- Monitor attendance, probation, and performance processes
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback trends
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws and audit requirements
- Maintain accurate and confidential staff records
- Manage employee records on the HRIS and ensure data integrity
- Coordinate manpower requisitions, job postings, shortlisting, interviews and selection
- Support performance management and address issues with line managers pro-actively
