What you would do

- Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback trends.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate staff records and documentation.
- Maintain and manage employee records on the HRIS, ensuring accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate manpower requisitions, job postings, shortlisting, interviews and selection.
- Support performance management processes and work with line managers to address issues proactively.
