What you would do
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Administer HR policies, procedures and employee inquiries.
- Coordinate performance management activities (appraisals, reviews and development plans).
- Support employee relations, disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Drive employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (pension, NHF, ITE/HMO).

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–4 years' relevant HR experience, preferably in an FMCG environment.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labour laws.
- Strong administrative, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- HR professional certification (e.g., CIPM) is an added advantage.
