What you would do

- Conduct reference checks and assist with pre-employment checks.
- Assist with offer letters and pre-employment processes.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports on pipeline and progress.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new staff.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR documents and administration.
