What you would do
- Coordinate recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding
- Manage recruitment for operational roles such as Spa Therapists, Nail Technicians, and Spa Attendants
- Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR documentation
- Respond to employee inquiries and support workplace issue resolution
- Coordinate performance appraisals, training, and development activities
- Support employee engagement, welfare, and staff initiatives
