What you would do
- Support the development and implementation of ERP/HR systems to drive efficiency through automation
- Set goals for direct reports and provide performance feedback and coaching
- Implement and monitor HR KPIs aligned with business strategy
- Maintain organisation structures and up-to-date job descriptions
- Lead talent management, development frameworks, and capability development across the region
- Develop employee relations programmes and reward systems to enhance motivation and effectiveness
