What you would do
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment from profiling to onboarding.
- Identify staffing needs with management and support workforce planning.
- Manage employee relations, workplace concerns, disciplinary processes, and performance management.
- Oversee HR administration, records, documentation, policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate staff welfare, engagement initiatives, and benefits administration.
- Identify training needs and organise training plans and development activities.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment updates, and workforce information for management.
- Provide HR advice and recommendations on staffing and HR operations.
- Suggest improvements to HR processes, documentation, and HR systems.
- Collaborate with management and departments to ensure HR processes support business objectives.
