What you would do

- Oversee HR reporting, workforce analytics, and process improvement
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and handbooks
- Manage employee discipline, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and employment regulations
- Supervise payroll administration, compensation, benefits, and records
- Advise management on HR strategy, structure, and people-related decisions
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff development
- Drive employee engagement, organisational development, and performance improvement
- Support general HR operations to align with business objectives
