Interrand Homes & Properties Limited seeks an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead the HR function, overseeing recruitment, performance management, employee relations and policy compliance across the organisation. The position is based in Abuja.
What you would do
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and KPI tracking.
- Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee compensation, benefits and payroll accuracy.
- Develop and enforce HR policies in line with Nigerian labour law.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field.
- CIPM, SHRM or CIPD certification.
- 5 to 7 years progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity and confidentiality.
