HR Intern (NYSC Corps Member)

About this role

Pinnacle Oil and Gas Limited is seeking an NYSC corps member for an HR Intern role based in Lagos. The successful candidate will support the HR team with daily HR activities such as recruitment, employee records management, onboarding and general HR administration. The position targets graduates who have just completed NYSC orientation and are ready to start their PPA. The company operates across the downstream oil and gas value chain in Nigeria and is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented intern to assist with HR documentation, recruitment tasks and records maintenance.

What you would do

• Organise and maintain HR documentation (electronic and physical).
• Support onboarding for new employees and ensure completion of documentation.
• Assist with responding to employee enquiries and general HR administration.
• Assist with recruitment activities: post adverts, screen CVs, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates.
• Support preparation of HR documents, letters, memos and reports.
• Assist with attendance monitoring and maintenance of staff records.
• Assist with updating employee records and personnel files.
• Perform other assigned HR-related duties.
