HR Manager role for Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group in Lagos, Nigeria. What you would do

• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into practical people interventions.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions and locations.
• Manage the performance-management cycle for the assigned business areas.
• Identify capability gaps and coordinate relevant learning initiatives.
• Support employee engagement and culture through effective communication channels and policy adherence.
• Oversee HR operations and governance, maintaining records and ensuring policy compliance.

What they are asking for

• 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience with strong business partnering or generalist HR responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification would be an advantage.
• Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM or CIPD would be an advantage.
• Experience in Beverages, FMCG, or a closely related consumer business.
• Experience supporting commercial and/or operational populations across multiple locations.
