HR Generalist

About this role

Cutix Plc is seeking a mid-level HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations for its manufacturing workforce in Anambra. The role covers recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits and payroll support, policy implementation and compliance with Nigerian labour and statutory requirements.

What you would do

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities
• Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy
• Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance, leave, overtime and other payroll data
• Handle employee relations and support performance management
• Implement HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and internal standards; coordinate training, engagement and welfare initiatives

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Two to five years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG or industrial operations
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law, statutory HR requirements (pension, NHF, NSITF, PAYE) and workplace policies
• Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM or HRCI is a plus
