A mid-level HR Generalist role in Lagos supporting HR business partnering, talent management, employee relations and organisational effectiveness. The position reports to the HR Business Partner and requires coordinating HR initiatives and ensuring policy and legal compliance.

- Provide HR support to align people strategies with business objectives
- Guide on employee relations and conflict resolution
- Use workforce data to inform HR decisions and process improvements
- Identify workforce gaps and support talent development and succession planning
- Support workforce planning and high performance team development
- Coordinate performance management and employee engagement initiatives
What they are asking for
- CIPM Associate or Chartered certification
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant HR generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, labour laws and HR policies
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in data analysis and evidence-based decision-making (preferred)
