HR Consultant / Manager

KloverHarris Limited in Lagos is hiring an HR Consultant / Manager who will provide HR consulting services to clients and oversee the firm’s internal HR and operational processes. The role combines client-facing HR advisory work with managing day-to-day in-house HR activities and administrative operations. The successful candidate will support client organisations with HR solutions while ensuring smooth internal operations within the firm. What you would do

• Provide HR advisory and consulting services to clients
• Support development of HR strategy, workforce planning and organisational design
• Manage client recruitment and selection processes
• Design and implement performance management systems
• Develop HR policies, employee handbooks, SOPs and frameworks
• Advise clients on employee relations, compliance and best practices
• Conduct HR audits and prepare HR reports
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies
• Support operational planning, reporting and process improvement
• Coordinate internal administrative and operational processes and maintain records and systems

• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR practices
• Minimum of 6 years experience in HR consulting, HR operations or generalist HR roles
• Experience managing both client-facing duties and internal operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, etc.) is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
• Strong organisational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
